General Information

Every year, FSA students are asked to contribute to this fund. The contribution is made in collaboration with the Université Laval Foundation, Université Laval, and the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. Each year, several projects from the student body and the faculty are launched thanks to this fund. As a graduate student, you have the opportunity to submit your project for funding! Please note that the project must be intended for the university community.

Projects can vary widely; here is a non-exhaustive list

• An event for the university community;

• Renovation of facilities (e.g., the APMAL offices, the FIESA terrace);

• Purchase of new furniture;

• Purchase of equipment/devices for an FSA committee or association;

• Purchase of computer equipment for educational activities (Example: The APTI Service Counter);

• Book purchases;

• Subscription to databases;

• Purchase of computer software;

• Expansion of the pavilion (including the National Bank footbridge).

Since the Board of Directors consists of 9 members of the FSA, voting power is distributed as follows:

• 2 members of the APMAL Executive Committee, in the second term;

• 3 members of the AEFSA Executive Committee, in the first term;

• 1 member of the AEDAUL Executive Committee, currently pursuing graduate studies.

• 3 representatives from the FSA.

Generally, the board of directors meets twice per session.

Funding for the fund

The contribution to the fund is calculated based on the student's status (full-time or part-time)
