Only members in good standing may submit a sponsorship request.

Please note that each application will be evaluated according to the criteria outlined in the charter.

Application Selection Criteria

Grants awarded by the Executive Committee are granted to students who are members of the association or to initiatives that have a positive impact on them. The Executive Committee bases its decision on an application on Article 22 of the APMAL Charter. 

The amount of the requested sponsorship will be determined based on:

  • Objectives of the activity;

  • Whether the request is academic, professional, or social in nature;

  • Benefits for APMAL members;

  • Visibility of the association;

  • Applicant's history;

  • Number of sponsorships secured;

  • Sustainability of demand.*

*A criterion related to sustainable development will also be taken into account. The association reserves the right to impose requirements or provisions aligned with one or more of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The list is available on the United Nations website.
