MBA Games
The MBA Games competition is the largest annual gathering of graduate business students in Canada. Every January, a delegation of young professionals from Laval University—motivated and determined to develop their skills and professional networks—participates in this event, which combines academic, athletic, and social elements.
This year, the Schulich School of Business (York University) in Toronto will host the 2022 MBA Games. However, the competition will be held remotely, in a virtual format. It will take place in two parts, with the “Pre-Games” running continuously from October to December 2021, followed by the competition weekend, which will take place from January 7 to 9, 2022.
The delegation will consist of 20 graduate students in business administration at FSA ULaval, who will compete in the following events:
ACADEMIC COMPONENT
Academic case studies in finance, marketing, and strategy.
SPORTS SECTION
Running challenge on Strava and fitness workshops on Zoom.
SOCIAL ASPECT
Dance Competition and Fundraiser for a Charity – Indspire (2022 Edition)

This prestigious event brings together more than 700 students from some 20 of the country’s most renowned universities. These universities compete to win the Queen’s Trophy and earn the honor of hosting the next edition of the MBA Games.
SECONDARY SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
AÉDIAH (Student Association for International Development and Humanitarian Action)
This organization represents students enrolled in the M.Sc. program in International Development and Humanitarian Action Management (GDIAH) at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Laval University. Founded in 2005, it serves as the official representative for these students, advocating for their academic interests, supporting their projects, and promoting their integration into the field of international development and humanitarian action at the university level.

AELIÉS (Association of Laval Graduate Students)
The General Student Association represents all graduate students at Laval University, across all faculties. Its mission is to defend students’ academic, social, and economic rights and interests; provide them with various services (legal aid, financial aid, insurance, training); support faculty associations such as APMAL; and energize student life through activities and group projects.
